Mixing update, goddamnit!
I am real close (99%) to finalizing the work for “Undivine Dethroning”!
Huge progress was made last week and I will spend this week checking that all the changes made are to my satisfaction, or if I need to do some more tweaking. We’re talking extremely minor details now, but those are so important to me to get absolutely right.
A wise man (aka Dan Swanö) said to me recently that “- You never finish a mix, you just move on from it”.
I know exactly what he means.
A change within a song that I consider perfect at this very moment I might feel needs a little tweaking with the next listening session. This never ends, haha…
But it also… ends.
Let it be known that I have poured all of my being into this, and I believe the result will speak for itself when you get to hear it in its entirety.
I wanna say thank you for all the comments about the small teaser you got a little while back. The response shows I’m doing this shit correctly. I’ve said it before, but I can’t fucken wait to let you devour this 16th album. I’m so insanely proud of what it is becoming; a true testament, in every aspect, to what TPH has evolved into over the years.
It will not be very long now before you have it, but I’m not putting out a release date. I will let you know when the mix is completed and some time after that you’ll have this beast raping your entire being.
So, just hang in there a little bit longer.
You’ll be mightily rewarded.
