Mixing update!

Not much has been said for the last 2 weeks, so a quick heads-up is in order, no?

Things are going great mixing wise, but there’s still A LOT of work left before I’m done, so the planned “late summer” release is intact. As mentioned before, I work a 9-5 job, so during the weeks I can’t devote as much time to mixing as I’d like to unfortunately. That is saved for the weekends, much to my wife’s chagrin.

Not really, she’s always supportive and understanding, you know. Or we’d all be fucked.

I have pretty much adjusted the mighty Dan Swanö-production to my liking now for the complete album, which feels fucken killer! That process sure took its sweet time, so now it’s all about the details within the actual tunes. It’s quite the challenge to balance some 40 vocal tracks at times, just to name one thing, but this is work that I truly love to do, and I simply can not consider “Undivine Dethroning” finished until it all feels perfect to me.

I know you really want to hear this beast, and trust me – I REALLY want you to finally experience what you have made possible, but it’ll still be a while before that happens, as mentioned.

Go outside, enjoy the summer, wear your new TPH-shirt (and please, holler when your order has arrived!), drink Staropramen, listen to Cattle Decapitation and enjoy your goddamn life in the meantime, ok?

I’ll be inside The Dungeon, working my ass off every goddamn free minute I have until this 16th album is done.

We’ll talk again in a not too distant future, but now I have to go. I have a mission to accomplish.

Your King is out!
