Besides that, lemme tell you that Ruby’s now finished up all of her demos and will start recording her stuff for real shortly. The kid’s done an amazing job and what she’s delivered is fucken astonishing. I can’t even begin to explain how proud I am to have this girl in the band, a girl with so much passion for metal and so much talent it puts alot of people to shame. Not to mention the power and dominance in her vocal chords. I am truly happy beyond words to have her on board, and trust me when I say she will deliver some incredible stuff on the coming album, just like she did on the first. It will be absolutely magnificent.
With Dirk’s drums coming in, as well as getting to hear the wonderful work of Ruby – the album is starting to come together on another level now. It’s great to see it take form, shaping up to my vision of what we shall deliver. It will be grandiose. J is spending his vacation on his native island Gotland (yes, it’s his island) and he’s going thru my guidelines for his stuff while being down there, planning to start recording as soon as he comes home after the summer break. Just excellent.
